Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 4, 2026. This policy describes how BPMCenter Ads Tools (“the application”), operated by BPMCenter (“we”), handles data.
1. Data we access
When an authorized user signs in with Google and grants consent, the application accesses through the Google Ads API:
- the list of Google Ads accounts available to the user;
- account, campaign, ad group, ad, keyword, asset and performance data of those accounts;
- keyword ideas and forecasts from Keyword Planner.
We also receive the OAuth tokens needed to call the API. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts or other Google services.
2. How we use the data
Data is used only to show reports, prepare campaign plans and apply changes requested by an authorized team member. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or training machine-learning models, and we do not sell it.
3. Sharing
We do not share Google user data with third parties, except when required by law or with the account owner (our client) who already has access to the same Google Ads account.
4. Storage and security
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted or with restricted file permissions on devices and servers controlled by our team. Report data is processed in memory or kept only as long as needed for the requested report. Access is limited to our employees.
5. Retention and deletion
You can revoke the application's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On revocation or on request to the contact below we delete stored tokens and related data within 30 days.
6. Google API Services User Data Policy
The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above will change accordingly.
